Intellectual property

The site, visual design, written material, graphics, software, product names, service names, logos, and other content are owned by Jennason or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use public content for internal informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial works without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, portal, accounts, systems, or files.
  • Do not interfere with operation, security, availability, or other users.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Do not use site content in a misleading way or imply endorsement that Jennason has not provided.

Disclaimers and limitation

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Jennason disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness, and fitness for a specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Jennason will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
