Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how Jennason, LLC (“Jennason,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through the public Jennason website, business communications, contact requests, and the planned customer documentation portal.
The private portal will be hosted separately and will use credentialed access. This notice will be updated before the portal is placed into production to identify the final authentication, hosting, and subprocessors used.
Information we may collect
Information you provide
This can include your name, business email address, company, job information, message content, project information, and other details you choose to send by email or through a future contact form.
Customer portal information
When the Azure customer portal is launched, we expect to process account identifiers, customer organization, authorized solutions, sign-in records, document permissions, and basic access or download logs needed to operate and secure the portal.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, requested URLs, security events, and similar server-log information. The public site is designed without behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about services, solutions, projects, and business relationships.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and future customer portal.
- Provide authorized customers with solution-specific documentation.
- Maintain records, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and protect Jennason and its customers.
- Send business communications where permitted and provide a way to opt out when required.
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or Jennason’s legitimate business interests.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including customer relationships, project records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Different records may have different retention periods.
Jennason uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission, system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about the handling of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision.

International visitors
Jennason is based in the United States and serves customers internationally. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Appropriate transfer measures will be used when required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The website and customer portal are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Jennason does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.
