Our commitment
Jennason intends for the public website and customer portal to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
The design target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
Design and development practices
- Keyboard-operable primary navigation, overlays, privacy controls, and legal pages.
- Visible focus indicators and logical focus management for dialogs.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, buttons, links, and form labels.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it through their operating system.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative treatment for nonessential visuals.
- Responsive layouts intended to support zoom and smaller screens.
Known and future considerations
The orb experience is visually complex, so the production site must preserve complete text navigation and content access without requiring visitors to interpret or manipulate the visualization.
Future documents, videos, podcast players, product demonstrations, and customer-portal materials will be reviewed as they are added. Some third-party content may have accessibility limitations outside Jennason’s direct control.
